Best AnswerIt's what ever you like, on the USA the week starts on Sunday. Most European nations have the week start on Monday. This is why Fitbit gives a choice.

Hello @SunsetRunner and @Rich_Laue hope you are having a great day! 🙂 I start my week on Monday because Sunday is my lazy day and I don't like a slow start, it would depend on what fits your needs.

Same here, all personal preference. I like that you have the option to change it though. My work sometimes does challenges that are with ShapeUp or Rally, and their apps pull over sync'd data from my fitbit app (which is reason #405 why to have a fitbit over others). Those challenges usually start the week on monday so I like the fitbit to be sync'd to that challenge.
