Startup Malfunction

Just bought my fitbit blaze today, I just finished charging it and was about to sync to my phone for use but my screen is stuck on the fitbit symbol, looking like a partial computerized malfunction and blinking. I tried resetting but it's just stuck on that screen. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend making sure that you've already set up your tracker to your Fitbit app. For that, once you download the app and create an account, go to the account section and tap on the "Set up a new device" symbol for setting up your tracker. If you've already set it up and it has gone through the setup and firmware update process and it's still stuck even after restarting by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you out and get you back on track.
