Step count drifting over time

I've had my blaze for over a year (about 18 months) and l love it, but for the past month or so the step count seems to be drifting down. After my 45 minute walk today I only have 3k steps. I don't think I'm waking slower than usual. I am 5'9" but I used to be able to get many more steps and after an hour walk would be around 8k steps. How should I check accuracy or is there something I should try first?

Hello @Yamicl, testing step accuracy is rather easy.

Put tracker into its walk mode

Start walking with the left foot

Count every right footstep.

Stop at some number, say 100 or i stop at 500.

This number is half your steps so double it.

Look at your wrist

Is the steps the tracker close to the steps you counted. Mine is usually within 5
