My husband and I both got our blaze at the same time. He has original clock face and his steps show underneath. I have original clock as well and have to tap through the clock face to set my steps every few hours. It never stays. Why is it his seems to be there evertime he looks at the time and mine doesn't?

My thoughts would be that something is tapping the watch face, If not, and we'll assume nit, i would restart the tracker.
Hold the left and lower right button until it restar5s, 15 seconds.

I experience the same situation as yours. I'm certain nothing touches the clock face (particularly since you need a double tap to cycle through the available options. I reset my Blaze quite a bit, so I know that's not a solution.
