Huh, that's strange...
Please try to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the lower right button and the left one together for 10-15 seconds and also force quit your app, open it again and make sure that the amount of steps for your step goal are 10,000. Sync your tracker and try it out for the rest of the day and see if this keeps happening.

@Mrsblazek you where not moving your arm or rocking, either one may.cause your tracker to record false steps.
