Why don't I ever have an update or my Blaze, it is not counting steps right or distance?

Welcome back @SunsetRunner! You can check you have the latest version of Blaze by doing the following: Fitbit Connect > click on check for device update. If you're using your app just tap on your device's picture and check that you have the firmware version 17.8.402.1.
Additionally, please provide me with more details about your Blaze not tracking properly your steps or distance. Are you receiving less or more steps? Are you doing anything different than before? Have you set your stride length?
