Steps counted while driving

How can I stop steps being counted while driving or just moving while I'm sitting on the couch? This is created a falsehood of how many steps i'm taking a day. Need some advice.

When its a bumpy ride it will count false steps. People use A App on their phone call DriveBit to get rid of them
