I operate in conjunction with an Android phone. Today I logged 21,000+ steps. When I got home and synced, my phone indicated the proper number. Later in the day, it said that I had 17,000+ steps. Later. it said I had 14,000+ and I was trying to stop the bleeding, going through the community message boards, following their advice to restart the tracker and app, etc. I did not log any activities during the day, I just did my steps. Now my tracker says that I had 11,000+ steps yesterday, meaning that I lost a full 10,000 steps. When I looked at my friends under the community feature, each time my numbers kept dropping as well (I don't mean that they changed overnight at the beginning of a new day, I mean my total for the week dropped DURING the day.) It is obvious from the other community Q/A's that moderators are aware of this problem, and have been since 2016. Why has there been no fix for this problem? It has been going on for some time and now I am becoming furious, losing steps like this. It defeats the purpose of the device, and the fact that Fitbit is obviously aware of the problem makes me more upset. If Fitbit engineers cannot either give an ACTUAL fix or release an update that repairs this glitch, I will be buying another tracker and letting everyone I know who is considering a fitness device about this catastrophic glitch.

A warm welcome to the Community @MRDoane. I know that you already mentioned this but I would like to know if you are registering this activity in any way? Keep in mind that logging activities like walking or running might take away your information. If you have activities like these, I recommend deleting them and checking your information one more time.
Let me know the outcome.
