Steps not logged in dashboard but show in daily graph

My graph shows 17,700 but the dashboard and daily show 906 (earlier in the week).  I’ve rebooted the device, closed and reopened the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Driving me nuts.

Hello @Flodiz80, it's good to see you around in the forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

I understand that you've been having trouble with the information in your graph not matching with the information in the dashboard. If possible, could you please provide a few screenshots of these graphs or information, so we can further research? 

 

In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, please try to log out from the app, restart the phone and log back in to check if you continue to experience the same behavior.  It's also possible the app wasn't updated to the latest version available.
