Steps not updating for challenges

I'm wearing my fitbit blaze, not updating steps manually...

My dashboard is showing the correct number of steps...

My challenges recognize when I hit my goal, for example it says, "That's a two day streak..."...

My steps under the challenge are listed at 0, where they should be almost 30,000 by now!

All challenge members are in the same time zone, I've removed and reinstalled the app and removed and reinstalled the device from my account.

There isn't an option in my app for a "Live Update" mode.

I'm at a loss, does anyone else have this issue, it isn't that it is underestimating my steps, but not counting them at all towards challenges.
