Steps on Blaze not matching steps on the app

The steps on my blaze do not match those on iphone 6, they are more.  My phone is not syncing with blaze.  Also my clock face just randomly changed and I can not change it back.

There have been a few posts today about clock faces changing. 

The steps don't agree because as you say it won't sync.

Hi there @Ebrett! Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

When it comes to the steps not matching, I would recommend logging out of the app, logging back in and if necessary, restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

Now, when it comes to the Clock face being changed, as @Rich_Laue says, there seems to be a problem with that at the moment and we've escalated this so hopefully we can get a fix for this soon.

Thanks to both of you. The clock face seemed to resolve itself and I restarted the blaze which helped it to sync! Thanks!! 😊
