Steps on app not matching device.- Blaze

I wear my Blaze all day.  The steps on many days differ than the steps displayed in the app.  Once in awahile the two match.  What's the problem and how can tis get resolved?

Welcome to the Forums @DobbsAnn. The reason why you might see differences in the information is because the tracker isn't syncing 100%. I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post and check if your information update without a problem.
