Yes, you can make several adjustments to the hours. If you are using a phone to sync, on the main dashboard screen, click the tile showing number of hours with 250+ steps. Then click the gear icon near top right. You can select which days, if any, to count this, and can set any consecutive hour range 5-14 hours.
