Have had my Blaze for over two years - sleep logs since the beginning. After 23-MAR, the sleep log stops. Can't think of anything I changed with my Blaze and/or the iPhone app.
If you search the forum, you can find a boatload of suggestions - it would take hours and hours. Who knows what else I'd screw up, or what history I'd lose.
Can FitBit support offer any logical or definitive steps to follow for a guaranteed solution? Any chance that the log info is there, but simply not properly displayed as sleep?
And BTW, my heart rate history is also missing...

My Blaze stopped recording my sleep in early May. Heart rate and other functionality seem fine. Is all historical data lost if I delete app and reload? What to do?
