Stopped counting steps

Hi, I have had my blaze for a few days with no problems then today it gets to 9082 steps and just stops counting, what can I do to fix this

Hmmm... that sounds very strange @Abigail01. I'd say you can try to restart it by pressing the left and lower right button for about 10-15 seconds and once it restarts try to use it and get it to sync and see if this makes any difference.

Was there a response to this?

I have had my blaze for 3 days now. About an hour ago I got to 11198 steps and it has not tracked anything since. I have restarted it and nothing!! Whilst it is showing my heart rate fine. I have my clock set to flare and there has been no movement to it at all. Conclusion?

That certainly seems very strange. I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team since you've already tried to restart your tracker and that hasn't helped and the amount of steps tracked is very high. If you can confirm that those steps don't come from a manually logged activity, feel free to get in touch with them and they'll be happy to help you out with this!
