Stopping after 0.99 miles

Hi,

My blaze has stopped after 0.99 miles on my last 2 runs but it does record the run. I’ve then restarted it and run another 6 and 4 miles on those occasions without any issues. Has anyone else had this? How do I fix it?

Thanks

Hi there @LaurieFigzal, Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'd like to know when exactly it is that your tracker stops. Is it when you're recording your run from the exercise shortcuts? Also, I'm a little confused... you say that it stops at 0.99 miles but that it does record the run. Does that mean that it will just quit recording the distance and will continue to record the rest of the run or is it that it stops at 0.99 miles and it won't record anything beyond there but that specific run of 0.99 miles will be recorded?

In the meantime, what I would suggest is to give your tracker a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, keep an eye on it and see if the same keeps happening.

Let me know if you need more help!

Hi Ferdinand,

Yes I go via Exercise, run, wait for pairing then start running. It appears to reboot itself after that distance but when I then go into the App the run of 0.99 miles is recorded, all very strange!.

I have now rebooted and will run again at the weekend and will report if it happens again.

Thanks

Laurie
