Yesterday I cycled for over 2 hours. During which I cycled up a number of hills, and did a couple of sprints. Normally these will get me quite breathless, and push heart rate into the Cardio or Peak Zones. However, yesterday I barely got out of the 'Below Zones' . I think in total I was in the Fat Burning Zone for 20 minutes, which for me is unheard of. I normally burn between 650-750 calories. Yesterday I burnt 400. I'm not Bradley Wiggins, so it seems strange as to why I would get such a low reading. Any ideas?
