Strava bike calories issue

So whenever I track my bike rides, manuallywith my Blaze it gives what appears to be a fairly accurate calorie burn. Strava results seem fairly similar. I prefer to use Strava for mapping and pace as it more accurate than Fitbit but I need to heart rate info from my Fitbit. However as soon as the Strava data appears in the Fitbit app, the calorie burnt get altered to almost half!? And it not only alters it in the Strava activity, it also alters it in the manually tracked Blaze activity!? It doesn't do this with either hiking or running, only biking. Tbh I don't really want to have to track with both apps as it drains the mobile battery but I've also tried unlinking the accounts but for some reason they remain linked. For example today Fitbit said I burnt 630 calories whilst biking (using the manual function on the Blaze). Strava said 687. When Strava info appeared in the app it reduced both to 380 calories. If I don't manually track it on the Blaze, it doesn't ever detect the whole bike ride properly and still reduces the calories burnt on the Strava info. It makes no sense at all.
