Stuck on Logo screen on the watch

Hi,

 

My Blaze didn't update and is stuck on the Fitbit logo screen on the watch and no longer does anything. I have tried resetting it and disconnecting it via Bluetooth from my iPhone and now will not find the device when I try to reconnect it. Nothing has worked so far, any advice with what I can do to fix this?????

A warm welcome to the Community @fletluke and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. 

 

I would like to know if you were able to paired your Blaze? If you still having problems, I recommend restarting it a couple of times more and also confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
