The Fitbit app just continually says pairing your tracker, and I can leave the screen in anywsy

Hey, @Mafix! Cat Embarassed Welcome aboard! Have you tried to log out and log back in from the App?

 

Also if you could send me a screenshot of the error you are getting would be great.
