I unpacked the device and started downloading the app on my Windows Phone 10 and created a Fitbit account. Connected the Blaze device as a mandatory step in the setup instruction and it seems to work. The odd thing is that Blaze screen only shows the Fitbit logo and the link to fitbit.com/setup. The only change I hade was the pin code that flipped up when connecting the Bluetooth from the Fitbit App. Got a mail from Fitbit that the device needed charging so I placed the device in the charger device bay as instructed and nothing happened for over two hours.
As I purchased another loading bay I changed it and the wall outlet and set it for charging overnight but no change. The device does not show any charging bar or seems to charge the battery on the Blaze device. Tested to reset the device by holding the two buttons but no change. Still only the Fitbit logo and the link to fitbit.com/setup and nothing happen when touching the screen. I cannot update the firmware as it cannot connect to the device.
Any thoughts on what to try next?

Sorry for the double posting. A little bit disappointed and frustrated that the device does not work as it should do so I reach out to get some assistance.
