I got a new phone a little over a week ago, the Huawei P20 Pro.It is on silent 90% of the time. It took a couple of days, but I slowly got notifications to work the way I wanted it to. I turn notifications off on the fitbit at night, and the other day when I turned it back on, I didn't get any. And I haven't since.
I was looking around in the app, and I suddenly noticed something I haven't seen before. The notification on the top. (see picture)
Is this something new from fitbit? If so, it needs to go. I was considering getting the new Versa, but if this is something permanent to fitbit, I'm switching to a new tracker. Part of the appeal is the fact that I get notifications when my phone is on silent.
Someone please tell me how to fix this. I can't have my phone on vibration, and absolutely not on sound. Also, I don't use Do Not Disturb, this is just on normal silent.
I never had that issue or that warning with my Samsung S7 or the first few days after got it to work. Has the been a fitbit update in the past week where this has been implemented? If so, it needs to go. ASAP

Hi, @Shrinkingline, this is an issue that is currently affecting the Android app. Fitbit is aware of the problem and is working on an update to resolve it. You can get more information and updates by following this thread.
Hopefully it will be fixed ASAP!
