Sync after sleeping??

Everything I'm reading says to sync after sleeping to save sleep data. Can't find anything that tells me how to 'sync now' when i wake up.

Open your fitbit up? It will then sync.. Or tap the circle to the right of the blaze.

As for your sleep data the track r will save it for up to 7 days. I've gone almost 40 hours and 3 sleep periods between a sync without losing the sleep record.

A warm welcome to the Community @KiteMomof3 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and the information provided. Woman Wink As mentioned, at the moment of opening the Fitbit app your tracker will sync automatically, just keep in mind that you need to have internet connection and the bluetooth on. If your doesn't sync automatically, follow these steps for a force sync:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
