Sync and lost miles

    Hi
  • I did a 11 mile run today and synced my app about 11 ish, im in a weekend warrior i looked later my steps were 26,000 ish took a photo  45mins later it dropped to 7,000 steps 3.5 miles. Took photo
  • Im also in a challenge to do 300 miles this month run at your pace as i need proof of todays run ..
  • How can i prove it? 
  • Again this is the 3rd time this year this has happened i have no other apps running, ive uninstall fitbit got new app tyed rebooting watch no joy 
  • Any advice

We're sorry to hear that there is a discrepancy between your step total and your challenge. Thank you for trying to resolve it before contacting us and for the attached image.

 

Recently, our team released a new version of the Fitbit app. In addition, you can perform a restart to your Fitbit Blaze by following these instructions. Please let me know if you continue experiencing the same issue in order to contact Customer Support. 

 

At the moment, there is actually no option to prove those steps were registered by your Blaze.

Again took photo after run today then again later today  see the difference  lost miles and steps ... can you explain or is it my fitbit is there  any chance of a repair something not right ?

Our team has released a new version of the Fitbit app. You can download it from this site.

In addition, you can set up your Blaze as a replacement device by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1574041543597.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
