Sync issue iOS 10.2. Did the update and did the forget device and rediscove

Did the update and followed 12/22 instructions. Synced once. Now iPhone 6s cannot even find the device, so doing the "forget this device" not an option. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on,rebooting phone,nothing works.

Hey there @Bellathedog! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

If after updating your tracker you're trying to sync it and it doesn't work, I'd recommend restarting your tracker. For this, press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and this will make your tracker to reboot.  Try to sync after that and if this doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team for them to help you out with this. They'll be happy to.

Hello all, thanks for all the tips and suggestions. Not sure what did it but it synced fine tonight. I tried again this morning with no luck. The only changes I made was I went from the large bracelet down to the small that came with the Fitbit. I can't imagine this is what fixed the issue but all is good now.
