Sync problems

Hi can any tell me why I'm unable to get my Fitbit to sync please? It's driving me mad! Am doing all the steps to sync it but it's not recorded any activity since December 13th. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you.

Can you provide a little more information, @Minidays? Such as which Fitbit you have, what device you set it up on, and which operating system that device has? What happens when you attempt to sync it?  We will be able to provide a lot better answer if we know what you have and what you are doing.

Panic over! My youngest son sorted it out for me by removing my blaze from
my phone and starting from scratch with the installation and it appears to
have worked. I realised after I posted my comment that I should have
provided more information 😞 but thanks for responding to my plea for help.
Just for curiosity I have a blaze and an iPhone 5 and it just wouldn't sync
since the new phone up date.
