Synching with iOS 11

My Fitbit has trouble synching since iOS 11. It spins and will not sync until I turn my iPhone off and start again.

Hi there @Kleland. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I haven't really experienced any issue when syncing with the new iOS 11. Which device is it that you're using? Have you already installed the 11.0.1 update?

 

Also, you could try to uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if this makes any difference as well as restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Right after my email I did just that and deleted and reinstalled the app and it is working fine now.
