My Fitbit suddenly started doing crazy things, like going dead fast, not syncing, things we dealing with because I love it and got it as a gift less then a year ago and can't afford a new one. I use it for my health. Now my green light stopped fishing and it won't read heart rate .. please help!

First thing when there is a problem, restart your Blaze. Push in the left button at the same time as the lower right button and wait for the Fitbit logo to show, then release the buttons. This is similar to restarting a cell phone and no data is lost.
If it's still under warranty, get with customer support - click for contact options
Let us know what happens.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your Blaze and would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted support, have they offer you a solution?
