My Fitbit app is  not synching with other  apps like My Fitness pal and WW. This is new as it has synced reasonably  well until today. Anyone else having problems?

Mine was syncing with my FitnessPal up until Monday but will not sync with it since yesterday. Have rebooted but no go. Recently it acted up when recording the sleep stages also. It recorded sleep stages after I was awake and up. This did correct with a reboot. Was wondering if my Blaze is getting old and dying but it doesn’t seem so now.

@Chinyereekeocha there is nothing we can do to fix this - we are waiting for fitbit and myfitnesspal to sort it out. See the main thread (see the link above) for the latest updates

Hello guys! I'm here to assist with your syncing difficulties with some of our third apps, my sincere apologies for the delayed reply. Welcome to our Fitbit Community @Treningsdama and @Chinyereekeocha. Also, it's nice to see you around participating again in our Community Forums @frances442  @Simmi73 @Mizmonz. Your willingness to help is always appreciated @SteveH and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the information that was shared.

Just as @SteveH advised, we are aware of a syncing concern between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal that affected our users. Take in consideration that this appears to have been resolved from MyFitnessPal as per their latest update, they're waiting at this moment for the backlog of syncing requests to be successfully completed. That said, please let me know if any of you are still experiencing difficulties with MyFitnessPal app and any other third party apps to move forward. For more information about MyFitnessPal syncing situation, please check: Fitbit Sync Issues, and How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? for more details about third-party app integration.

Let me know if any of you have additional questions.

My fitness pal was hoping but not sure if the backlog will be cleared by Thursday.

Your best place to go is to the post by MyFitnessPal at https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2976520-fitbit-sync-issues

They also ask users to contact them if they are still having issues, and this may be the best course since there is not a lot Fitbit will be able to help with an issue in the MyFitnessPal website.

Hello @Mizmonz, thanks for your reply and update, my apologies for the delay in responding your post. Thanks for the information that was shared @Rich_Laue, it's always nice to see you helping other users!

@Mizmonz Can you please let me know if the information that was shared on my previous post was took in consideration? Just as @Rich_Laue stated, MyFitnessPal is working on this but if you are still experiencing difficulties, as per their post, the suggestions are the following:

  1. First, log into your Fitbit account at Fitbit.com.
  2. Click the gear icon and choose Settings.
  3. Once in your settings, select the Applications tab, and locate MyFitnessPal.
  4. Once you find MyFitnessPal click Revoke access.
  5. Once revoked, return to MyFitnessPal, and verify Fitbit has been successfully revoked.  You can do this via the Your Apps section in the Apps tab on the website (recommended), or the My Apps tab in the Apps & Devices section within the app menu.
  6. Once you've verified the unlink, please relink Fitbit.

I'll be here if you need anything else.
