My Blaze will not sync with my new phone. The Samsung S8 or S8+ are not on the list of compatible devices. I know it's a new a new phone but this needs addressed ASAP. Lots of people rely on these notifications. Please work on this issue.

Can you please send a step by step as to what you did to get your notifications to work?
I can't find smart lock under settings in my Samsung galaxy 8.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I fixed this issue thru changing 'smart lock' configuration modification.
Follow below process.
Phone configuration (Setting) -> Screen Lock and security -> Smart Lock -> insert your own pattern or security code -> reliable devices -> + add reliable devices -> Blue tooth -> Select 'blaze', 'blaze (classic)'.

Have you received a response to this? I just got a phone yesterday and it isn't syncing at all. Not calls, nothing. It's crazy.

My watch pairs just fine, it just takes forever to sync, and I don't receive notifications on the watch anymore. One of the biggest selling points for me now doesmy work with my new phone.

Glad yours is working, mine don't. Personally I feel that we as customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops like that to try to get their product to work the way it's supposed to. Very disappointing.

Hmmm, my Blaze does not show up in available devices on my S8. It pops up when I scan, but does not connect, then disappears from available list.

so blaze pairs fine in classic and pairs normal blaze in app but doesnt non classic blaze does not show up as a paired in my bluetooth menu so i cant add it to trusted devices on smart lock any suggestions?

Strangest thing after many hours of trying and giving up I went somewhere that required me to turn off ringer and it all works I even get full text even turned ringer back on and it still works
