Syncing issues

Hi, I have been using fitbit for almost a year. From the last 3 weeks, i'm not able to sync up my phone & fitbit device. I tried to uninstall, restart etc but nothing worked out. The time in the fitbit device is also incorrect.

 

I traveled out of country 4 weeks back and came back to India after a week. I have been facing issue with fitbit from then. I have one plus one mobile device.

 

Please help me resolve this issue asap. I feel sad to hear that you dont have a service center in Banaglore.

Hi, @FITRaghav, my friend @Rich_Laue has provided a quick list of sync troubleshooting on this thread.  He was talking about the Charge 2, but the same steps would apply to the Blaze.  Hopefully one of them will work for you.  Keep us posted.

A warm welcome to the Community @FITRaghav, thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself and @Julia_G for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems syncing your tracker? If you do, follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. If you have already tried some of these steps, try them again in the correct order.
