Syncing, not updating

My blaze seems to be syncing with my phone but doesn't seem to be updating real time. At one instance it just updates either steps or calories or RPM. I see 1524 steps on my wearable whereas 0 on phone. How can this be fixed please?

If you can't see your information updated on your Dashboard, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, can you please provide me with a screenshot of your Dashboard and see if your phone is a compatible mobile device?

Syncing is been known as an current issue, this effects data sync and notifications as well reduces battery life. 

 

This is a known issue that Fitbit isn't handling very well.... Considering these issues are months old and the continue list devices (ie: S8 and S8+) as FULLY compatible...
