Temperature icon showing on Blaze display

Hi,

I have had my Blaze for a couple of years and it has worked just fine. I live in Phoenix and have never had a temperature issue with it. Today, while I was inside an air conditioned home, my temperature warning came on. I cannot restart my watch at all and I cannot get to the settings to shut it down.

I have seen others with this issue on the forums, but could not see if their issue was really resolved, or how it was. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Stop wearing the watch immediately, do a restart as listed here. If that doesn't work, call Customer support.

A warm welcome to the Community @Twinim and @supersmart01234 thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offered a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Those are great news @Twinim, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping. Smiley Wink
