Termomether symbol on Fitbit Blaze

It started last week 2-4 times per day. After 10 minutes to 2 hours it came back but always with the wrong time, anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours off. 2 days ago called Fitbit helpline, they had me load latest version app on my phone & reset the Blaze, next morning it happened again. Called the help line again referencing the same call log ID. Went through another reset & the rep told me it was corrupted out of warranty. The best he could do is a 25% discount on a new one. I have already had a Charge band separate & now this Blaze has corrupted with no fix available. I have given several Charge 2's as gifts & I received feedback that 2 of those have had problems & are out of warranty. Not real happy with the quality issues with 4 of the 9 Fitbit products I have experience with. I already have 2 more Charge 2's that I own because I use them when working out, 1 is a back up still in the box. I think it's time for me to start looking at other trackers.

Would.like to add the Charge 2 that replaced the separated band over 2 years ago has been working great with no issues and in a harsher environment because I use it during early morning exercise playing racquetball several mornings every week. It just the Charge 2 looks more utilitarian than the Blaze and the screen has less available.
