Hi there @Bam5244888, great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I think this has to do with the iOS 11 update. We were aware of some users having problems with the notifications not coming through properly. To get around this, make sure to go into your Phone's settings, then go to Notifications, then go to Messages and make sure that "Show in history" is enabled.

After that, try to send yourself a test text message and see if it goes trough.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for getting back and confirming that @Bam5244888. In that situation, I'd like you to restart your tracker and then, to try to remove your Blaze from your connected Bluetooth devices and then try to add it again.

To restart your tracker, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, remove your Blaze from your connected Bluetooth devices. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and then see if you're able to receive the text messages and see the body.

Let me know if you need anything else!

When you say restart you tracker. Will that wipe out stuff on the Fitbit blaze?

I don't want to wipe everything out
