Hi @bimb1953 - Do you have your notifications turned on in your device settings? The help article below might help:

I was having trouble receiving my notifications so I turned on "Enable Notification Widget" under the notifications part, and now I get them all.

Enabling the notifacation does help. It also would be helpful to know which phone it is, since that is half or more of the problem.

Ya but the notification widget is something else. You'll see Call Notifications, Text Notifications, Calendar Notifications, and at the very bottom you'll see "Enable Notification Widget" is that slider bar on?

Call, tex, calendar are all on. There isn't anything below these guys. Seriously.

Have you checked the notification settings of the phone (not the Fitbit app) to ensure previews are on? If I remember correctly if the notifications don't show on your lock screen, they won't show on your Blaze. The article @Ozzie65 shared has the steps for your phone.

Welcome to the Community @bimb1953@APENNELL0801 it's great to see you around, @KingR@Rich_Laue and @Ozzie65 thanks for stopping by and the recommendations. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your notifications? If you do, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) and @SantiR's instructions in the Not receiving notifications on your iOS device?.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Like that emoji @bimb1953 and I am glad to hear that your Blaze is now receiving notifications. If you need anything else do not hesitate in posting it.
