If I wan to to chech hove my workout is been doing, I have to ploughed to the charcher so I can see my clock again

My Blaze don't work properly, if for some reason  I want to check my heart  rate, and them I want  to come back  to the clock face, the bottons dont work I press it and just don't work, I need to place it to the charger so can return to the main faceclock. What  can I do or who can help me, please.
