It's great to have you here @CelineG! Your Blaze and app will show the same data if your Bluetooth is on and your tracker is connected to the app. (meaning that it should be live syncing in order to show the correct heart rate)

The heart rate tile will show two data: avg bpm and resting heart rate. If after confirming the data posted above, you're still not getting the same data, then double check you have the latest app version (Android 2.52, iOS 2.37) and force quit the app.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Well, it's been connect with Bluetooth from the day that I buy the Blaze. And never turn of Bluetooth on my phone. And also never let battery dead too.

Thanks for getting back @CelineG! I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of the information you're getting in your tracker and in the Fitbit app. Additionally, could you let me know if this has happened again?

Durring the actual event, your phone may be used to display remotely what the tracker is displaying.  I tend to disagree with @SilviaFitbit, in that i would not call this a live sync, but a remote display since data is not being sent. Only the numbers that the trackers display is showing is being sent. Of course there will be a slight delay in time for this to be seen on the app.

Now that i think about it the result would be the same, it is just terminology, or symantics, in the way it is described. So lets move on.

The point is the app display will change what it shows based on whether it is showing live data (you don't need to be recording an event for this to occur) or reviewing an event.

We are not really sure which type of data is being asked about?  Live or when reviewing?

When reviewing  an event the data displayed in the app will be slightly different then what was displayed on the tracker, since this is now broken down into small time periods.

Silvia will be able to straighten me out, i believe the app/web then breaks the data down to 1 second or 1 minute increments based on which data is being looked at.
