My fitbit blaze has fallen off my wrist multiple times, and the last two times have been the worst. It fell off my wrist with out me knowing and now it is lost. the time before it fell off it cracked the scree. Is there any way fitbit will send me a new watch, because i have invested a lot in their watches and have gotten a lot of people to buy their product too. worse case scenario i will go over to apple watches.
