The face on my Blaze differs to that on the iPhone app.

Can someone help me here please. I've had my Blaze for about two weeks now, and I'm still trying to figure out why some of the faces on my watch differ to how they appear on my iPhone Fitbit app.

Example: The face, "Ace," shows the heart rate at the bottom on the phone app, but when I sync that face to my watch, I get steps instead of heart rate. Is there perhaps something wrong with my watch? I have reset the watch, disconnected it from the app, downloaded a new app and reconnected the watch to the app. I've tried just about eveything I can think of, and the very same thing happens.

Can someone please help me here.

Thank you folks.

Edit: Just to let you know, I did not update the iPhone to the new release of 10.2. I am aware that this new update creates syncing issues with the Blaze.

Thank you Wendy. That did the trick. You know, I emailed customer support a few times regarding this matter, and they could never give me the proper solution.

Thank you again.

Try to tap where it is at and it should change to what you want to see. Might have to tap a few times until you get it as it will scroll through the differnt options
