On the Blaze swipe over to settings, then check to make sure that the heart rate is not turned off

It's great to welcome you @Glenn1226 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Green lights not working hence HR monitor isn’t either.  Have tried reset with left button and lower right button.  Have looked in profile and HR is on.  Other tips to restore HR monitor?

@Tommy_Hiebert have you tried turning the heart rate off through the Blaze settings, restart the tracker, then tried both on and auto with the heart rate?

Hello @CoachPerry21 part of the troubleshooting steps is to contact support. Link may also be found in the top right corner and under help, link to help found below or in the Fitbit app.

There is only a few suggestions that can be given.

- A two button restart

- Do a complete shutdown through the settings menu on the Blaze, then power up.

- Add the Blaze to the users account as a replacement device.

If the above steps fail then the best option is to contact support.

I have also tried all of the above but still no green light.  I have changed the heartbeat setting which has always been on auto to on, it now gives me 70 instead of the -- but no light and no change to 70, it never fluctuates, which I am assuming is because the green light isn't working 😞

Thank you for any advice you can supply.

Contact Fitbit support, they will ask you to complete a few tests and if it is the same problem I had, they will just replace it, no question. Very very simple process. Good luck
