The left button of my blaze doesn't work.

The left button of my Fitbit Blaze doesn't work unless if it is shut down. I know it's weird but it's also true. When I try to press left button while it's working it doesn't command. I tried many times. I shutdown my Blaze in the settings menu and tried to open it with left button it works.
So,
Fitbit Blaze need a new update to solve this SOFWARE problem. Unless Fitbit decide to end Fitbit Blaze watches.

Have you tried pressing the button while the blaze out of it's frame.
