The time on my BLAZE is off by 24 hours and won't sync online...

The BLAZE on my battery needs to be charged at least every 36 hours. Now, the time is off by 24 hours! I can't get it to sync online on my DASHBOARD. Maybe it's just an 'off day' for Fitbit?

Yes, I have a phone app and computer. FITBIT was not syncing with
MyFitnessPal or the online computer version; BUT this morning...the time is
correct and syncing has occurred!

Thanks for the suggestions.

Hi @mom2e! Thanks for stopping by! Do you have a mobile phone with the Fitbit App installed that you can try syncing with?

Are you you trying to sync from your computer?

You can always try a reset:

- Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.

Let me me know if that helps!
