Hi, so I have just bought myself an new fitbit blaze and have started to learn how it estimates energy. But there is one thing that boogles me, does it add the thermic effect of food TEF or not.

A warm welcome to the Forums @flajic. Regarding to your question, no, the Blaze doesn't add the TEF. You can add this idea to our feature suggestions board, since I didn't find any similar to this.
