Thermometer symbol on Blaze

  1. The temp symbol has come up and I cannot do anything on the Fitbit Blaze. How do I fix this?

Hi @KarenInglis, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

This symbol means that your tracker could be in an undesirable environment, which means that it could be too hot or too cold but if you think this has nothing to do with it and that the environment around you is actually okay, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. 

Give this a go and let me know how it goes.

All good it came back on. I would guess was too warm.

Hello Karen

tried the reset process but still nothing, watch is in a temperate room so not in an extreme hot or cold room. Is there anything else that you would be able to suggest

I held down the buttons for at least a minute and nothing happened 😞

Same happened to me and pushing buttons as described doesn't work...

 

2 years old - is that the end of the life cycle??...
