Third Party Frames

Been lots of people questioning and looking, I just found, new today, a frame on amazon for $35 with free shipping, so $19 less than the only other seller on Amazong right now.

@racertempo Nope, no usuable tracking number.  And actually Amazon still shows it is expected to be delivered in May.  It just showed up in a little yellow padded evelope in my mailbox.

I emailed them and they said it was scheduled for delivery May 11.  Another ebay seller said something similar and it showed up that day they said.  The ebay seller may have actually been the same as Toopoot as it was from the same area/district of China.  

The problem with eBay is lots of sellers list as "USA" when it is really shipping from China to a distribution center in the US first, which is what happened in that other case for me.

When did you order?  I ordered the black and the gold frames from Toopoot and have yet to see anything, hoping that it is close behind your delivery.

There are other sellers with a Blue frame, but you would have to buy the  blue band separately.

I too ordered frames from toopoot on 04/15 and took 10 days to receive. There was no tracking. Like someone else mentioned, one of the buttons on the black frame screw was slipping out but not a big deal. I'm overall happy with them.

I've received a lot of complements on my matte black frame. FitBit really should of had a choice of colors at launch.

The Frames I ordered from TOOPOOT/Amazon had issues with securing my actual device into the frame. The small rubber pieces were very loose and coming out. They were good to refund me. Frame looks nice, too bad it falls apart the moment you try to secure your blaze into the frame.

Yep, one of the balck rubber studs on my TooPoot frame have fallen out too and I can't get it back in.  The 3 that are left hold it in fine though.  Not sure I will bother to contact them over it, I'm still happy with it for $8.

I finally got my toopoot and the black frame is very nice.  I also ordered the gold loop and gold frame, and unfortunately the frame I received was rose gold and did not match.  After contacting them they wanted a picture of the package, then told me it was gold from the sku on the package.  I told them their packager was making mistakes filling their pouches then, because the 2 clearly don't match.

You tell me which one this matches, and you can also see the loop is not a match to the frame:

Yup, clearly not a matching gold like I ordered.  They said it was the gold I ordered, and since I "was not pleased with my purchased" they would refund me 15%.  I sent them these additional pictures and have not heard back.  I also told them if they sent me the right gold frame that I ordered I would also purchase the blue frame and loop from them, but no response.  Frustrating.......but it is not the end of the world for the price.  The frames do fit the Blaze perfectly, for now 🙂

I have the same frame. Your frame is rose gold not gold! I still have the packaging if you wanted to see the sku for the gold one I bought.

Toopoot told me that they would send a new one but it would be identical, so they offered a refund.  I have not replied yet.

Just received the black replacement gram from toopoot! Def built better! I'm happy now. 😀

My black frame from them fits the unit perfectly, but the buttons are a little sticky.....but I am still satisfied for the price.

Toopoot did provide me a full refund for the gold not matching, so I look forward to seeing if your new "gold" is any different from the rose gold that was actually delivered.

Oh, i will clarify, i got matte gold a matching band 2 weeks ago from UMTele, perfect match and fit, all of my buttons work fine.
