Just check this forum, it's full of issues, questions and requests. The Blaze is NOT a finsihed product. You will lose this game if you not allocate resources to take care of this NOW. How about a developer blog so the users know what's going on? And stop resolving requests that are not implemented. Even if you don't care about ordinary users you should know that there are all kind of people hanging around here.
Time to get this right before the next apple watch is released.

Hello @Jvee just take into consideration that the Fitbit Ultra is no longer being manufactured it was released on October 2011 and it was replaced by the Fitbit One. You can find some Ultra trackers but please notice that due to the fact they are no longer being manufactured any defect is not covered by warranty. I heard some cases where the Ultra is still on the original package and when trying to set up it won't turn on so I would recommend if you are looking for a clip based tracker to give the Fitbit One a try.
Let me know if you have any questions! 😉

@FelixFive that is really good advice. Thank you. I am looking into both the One and Ultra. (Leaning more towards the Ultra.) I may keep the Blaze in hopes of a firmware fix. If that is even possible. Anyway ...thank you.
@Jvee I'd go with the One for reasons given by AngelaFitbit. The One is a nice and versatile tracker.

Hello @bbarrera, @Jvee, @FelixFive and @Rich_Laue! It's great to have you here 😉 The Fitbit Ultra's software is compatible with Mac OS 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8. As mentioned by @Rich_Laue it won't connect with any mobile device as it syncs only using the charging station.
Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Hi
Got my Fitbit Blaze yesterday and so far loving it 🙂
Still working my way around the menu's etc but is there anyway (or an easy way) to personalise a HIIT workout with interval timers etc
so maybe 45 seconds push up 30 seconds rest 45 seconds mountain climbers and so on ?

Hello @PaulGallery! As mentioned by @WendyB you can't personalize workouts, if you want more information about how to record activities you can review this article.
Let me know if this helps! 🙂
