Time Sync not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am sick and tired of my Blaze taking multiply sync attempts and more than an hour to fix the time everytime I travel timezones. This is not.rock science you send an update to the device from my phone saying this.is a priority update the time is.

I read tons of complaints on the boards about this issue. When is fitbit going to fix it? Or is Santa replacing fitbit with another vendor?

It's great to see you around @Andhanni. At the moment of traveling, I always recommend verifying that the all day sync option is on. Also, make sure that the device you are using to sync your tracker have the time you want, in this way that information will sync with your Blaze.

I hope this helps, see you later. Woman Happy

Hi @AlejandraFitbit it is always good to see you around 🙂

I have been attempting now for 24 hours to get my Blaze back to Eastern Time.  I have rebooted both devices, verified that my Samsung is on ET and the Bluetooth.  I have even verified it is the most current code available to AT&T on the phone.  I even have made sure that the phone is on WiFi to help.

I see the sync on the phone to the fitbit.com site.

At this point I am pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.  The only thing you suggest I have not done is "ALWAYS SYNC" cause I found that kill my phone battery to quickly when I am traveling.

Anyway I am open to suggestions.
