My blaze ran out of its charge and ever since I restored charge I can't get the current time. I am off by about 30minutes.

When was the last successful sync? That is how to set the time.

I'm having the same problem.

I have synced it; uninstalled and reinstalled; turned bluetooth off and on again and turned the Blaze unit off and on again but nothing works!

I've given up on it now and bought a different tracker.

Disappointed by the lack of response on these boards.

Me too! Spent close an hour trying to sync, and apparently I have no "account icon" to manual sync, am 17 hours behind time, was so excited to see this message with actual replies, but they are just others with the same issue that fitbit is not answering! I give up. Smiley Frustrated

I had to download the app again, new password everything new . And add your tracker as a new one . It worked.

I don't understand why I have to sync my watch to a GPS enabled device to tell time. Even if fully charges after less than a week it'll be off by hours. I don't carry a phone with me for work due to company security policies and an often away from my cell for weeks at a time. My last brand watch would sync to my non location tracking tablet and I only had to do that once a month. This cost 3x the money and seems only designed to give the company more information about my habits instead of information to me.

Not sure about that, I just need to enable GPS if I go outside jogging
