Ever since the update the time does not update when I turn the Blaze on after it's been off overnight or even for a few minutes. The time won't update until it syncs, this didn't happen before it always had the current time and day even if it was off for 2 days.

Hey there @ValerieV. Good to see you in the Community, welcome aboard! 😄
This is actually a change that came with the latest update on the Fitbit Blaze, you need to get your tracker to sync after it's been off for it to adjust the time. For more information, you can take a look at this post from @Rich_Laue about this.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

Thank you for the information. I have to say though, I don't like this new feature. I don't track sleep, just activity and it was easy to turn my fitbit on in the morning and it would be the right time and fresh day, now I have to take the time to sync it. The other day, I had left my phone somewhere so I couldn't sync it and I was stuck with the wrong time and day all day and basically had an extra 5,000 steps be caluclated on the wrong day until I could get to my phone. I don't like having to rely on my phone to start a new day. I will just have to remember now to sync in the morning.
